In the process of using the centrifuge, the problem of slow dewatering efficiency of the centrifuge is encountered, which is manifested in the following aspects: with the increase of solid image materials in the drum, the dewatering time of the centrifuge is prolonged, and the centrifuge cannot be dried. This phenomenon is universal.


To understand this problem, users should first understand the concept of lower filtering rate and the factors affecting the filtering rate.


Therefore, there are three suggestions for reference:


1. The rotating speed of centrifuge drum is increased. (within the allowable safety range, and the material is free of corrosion or less corrosive)


2. Increase the filtering area in the centrifuge drum. The method is:

(1) Increase the lining net to keep a small gap between the filter bag and the centrifuge drum and improve the water permeability.
(2) Increase the cross-sectional area, such as adding V-shaped filter baffle.


3. A small amount of multiple dewatering method can reduce the amount of filtered materials in each centrifuge dewatering, and the method of more and less discharging.


4. If the material is sticky, wash it within the allowable range of the process.


5. Increase the particle size of solid materials. If you want to increase the rate of concern under the condition of unchanged process, you can consider adding, such as flocculant.
