Selection of solid-liquid separation equipment in Oilfield
1. Rotating speed: generally, it should be more than 3000 revolutions. The higher the rotating speed, the higher the separation factor of the centrifuge, and the better the separation effect.
2. Material: the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other physical and chemical indexes of different materials are different. The lowest material of foreign horizontal screw centrifuges is 316L or duplex stainless steel, and the abrasive components must be made of ceramic synthetic materials.
3. Differential control: different differentials have different control accuracy, and there is a large gap in service life and maintenance cost. The higher the differential accuracy, the better the adaptability to materials. Therefore, equipment with high differential accuracy should be selected.
4. Aspect ratio: the larger the aspect ratio of horizontal screw centrifuge, the greater its processing capacity and the smaller the moisture content.
5. Control system: whether it is automatic programming control. At present, domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers have basically realized the full automatic control of the equipment.
6. Installation Power: it affects the control of energy consumption. Generally, the energy consumption ratio of domestic equipment is high and that of foreign equipment is low.
7. Processing and manufacturing process: horizontal screw centrifuge belongs to the separation equipment required for high-precision processing. The products produced by enterprises without finishing capacity have high maintenance rate and limited processing capacity.
Heat dissipation of equipment
During the operation of the equipment, the power gradually increases, and the rated power is greater than the actual power. If it exceeds the rated power, it will emit heat. In the setting and operation of the device, the power consumption can be reduced. In addition, if there are abnormal conditions in the setting process and the device, it is conducive to the increase of the power of the centrifuge and the reduction of overheating. If the service life is abnormal due to excessive heating, we should deal with the causes in time and analyze them with professional technology. It is normal for us to generate heat during the operation of centrifuges. Why? Because the energy consumption is very waste during operation, the energy conversion will be lost, and then part of the energy will be distributed. The parts of the movement produce a heating state. If there is more loss of overheating current, the heat generated by the fuselage is high, and the actual power generated is so large.
